Terms & Conditions

When you place an order with Funky Kit, we send an email to you to confirm the order, give an order number and confirm your personal details.

If you DO NOT receive this confirmation it means we have not received your order; the internet does this some times. So if you have not heard from us, please email contact us or telephone 0845 686 0075 and we will put things right.

Delivery

We offer two types of delivery:

First Class this is the standard delivery with a postage and packing charge of £2.95.

or

ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY
We recommend that you choose this delivery with a charge of £3.95. You will need to sign for the delivery.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for standard delivery items that fail to arrive

Returns policy

All our products are guaranteed

In the event of an item being damaged in transit we ask you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order and return it to us for a replacement. Please return the complete package together with the damaged item.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of the date it was shipped, provided the item is packed in its original un-damaged packaging.

We are afraid that items returned to us arriving damaged can not credited.

All items should be returned by recorded delivery.
